Yes, we can arrange door to door service for an additional cost. We can also have the driver meet you at a nearby large dealership, auto auction or location with ample height and parking clearance for our trucks. Our dispatchers will help determine the best solution and our drivers will also be calling ahead to coordinate these situational details with you.

Your vehicle is fully insured while in our care. If your vehicle sustains transport damage while in our care, we will always cover the cost of repair. If the damage is caused by weather or an act of nature, we are not responsible for those incidents and they will not be covered by our insurance.

If you are a first time customer, we typically like to be paid at the time of booking. If you have shipped with us before and have established a good payment history, you may apply for credit or pay at the time of delivery.

No, we recommend not putting any personal items in your vehicle during shipment. We ship vehicles based on size and weight from the manufacturer. Personal items are also not insured or covered during the shipment.

You can call our Dispatch team and receive a real time update. We are developing the “Track My Vehicle” feature for deployment, which will allow updates anytime, at your convenience with the click of a button, your vehicle VIN and unique password provided at the time of your order. You will also receive email notifications when your shipment is picked up and delivered.
